We are proudly serving Geisha Coffee by Savage Coffee
In 2008, Jamison and Leslie Savage moved their family to the Republic of Panama where they established the renowned Finca Deborah, an extreme elevation farm dedicated to cultivating the exotic Geisha variety. During the last thirteen years they have been at the forefront of coffee flavor development and was the first to commercially implement Carbonic Maceration in coffee processing.

From Spain to the shore — flavor with a view.
Inspired by the rich flavors of Spanish cuisine, Bayshore Bodega’s menu is a vibrant mix of coastal comfort and culinary craft. Curated by Chef John Colón, every dish celebrates fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and a touch of Mediterranean soul — from savory tapas and hearty brunch favorites to artisan coffee and handcrafted bites made for waterfront mornings.

Supporting Local, One Good at a Time

Every item tells a local story and supports a more sustainable, community-driven Bayshore.

So excited to see this space re-imagined as a Bodega. The menu is worldly and inspired plates with premium geisha coffee. It truly is a spectacular eclectic mix from fresh cut flowers to artistic handmade goods. I’ll be back to enjoy the water view patio and made-in-house gazpacho again soon.

Absolutely love Bayshore Bodega! The staff is so friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is beautiful (especially the back!) and the food is fantastic. I had the tuna sandwich, I loved both the bread and the tuna salad. Coffee was wonderful as well! Great new spot in Naples.

I went here for the coffee rave and ended up getting the Salmon y Lox and it was so. Good. My friends all said their food was really good too. This place is kind of far from me but I will be back to get that again. The staff was also super nice and the atmosphere was good.

Think of it as a mix between a Spanish cafe, a traditional coffee shop, and a local vendor market. The vision for Bayshore Bodega is centered around building community, not just grab-and-go caffeine.
You can feel the difference between Bayshore Bodega and a chain coffee shop as soon as you walk through the door. There's no awkward coldness when you enter. The staff is warm and welcoming, matching the colorful decor throughout.
